Certain creatures or monsters may speak a language specific to their kind. It is possible to learn these languages, but not common for you to start with one, unless your background grants you one.

Theric
The common language of Thurn, ever changing and evolving.
Duran
A divine language originating from holy lands.
Alder
An arcane elven language, once the common tongue in prehistoric times.
Rivan
A sharp and sudden language spoken by spiritualists and Elementals.
Voorish
A base language spoken by creatures of the mire, hailing from lowlands.
Orcish
A language born on the battlefield, spoken by Orcs and their ilk.
Urdul
The common language of those that fell to the dark.
Erdelis
A dark language found in the abyss.
Zelaran
A language spoken by the lizardlike Zuril.
Drunzagi
Runic language of the Dwarves, founded in their undercities.
Elian
The language of the Gods, most hear not this language born near the dawn of time. It shares many similarities to Duran, and many of its words are used in the creation and casting of Divine magics. It is almost poetic, or theatrical in nature, and is beautiful to listen to, spoken or sung.
Draconic
As the tongue of the Dragons, this language has rooted itself deeply into arcane tradition. Some seek to become fluent in this language, either for scholarly pursuits, the search for more arcane power, or to become more alike the Dragons themselves.
Tormal
This sky-shattering language is spoken by the Ancient Giants, their voices echoing off the mountaintops, down into the ravines, striking fear in those against them. Certain ancient magics pull from this language, drawing from the thunderous, primal power. Tormal is written in runes, and the proper inscribing of them is an act of magic itself.
