Spell Description:

You wreath a creature you can see within range in the essence of silence. They must make an Arcane saving throw. On a success, the creature successfully resists the effect. On a failed save, the creature is Deafened and Silenced for 1 minute, or until you dispel the effect for 3 AP, rendering them unable to speak, or make any sound at all. Anything they do while under this spell’s effect does not produce sound, nor can they hear anything.
