Diamond Soul
Diamond Sorcerers have a soul that resembles a hard diamond, and grants them defensive abilities and purifying sorceries. They become experts at ensuring the safety of themselves and their companions.
Soul of the Unbending Will
At Level 1, you have realized the basic powers granted to you by your Diamond Soul. Your willpower is made manifest, in the form of protective forces and magics. Because of this, you gain access to Hardened Spirit, and the Diamond Ward sorcery.
Diamond Ward
When you cast a spell, you may spend 1 additional AP to grant either yourself or a target you can see within 30 feet a Ward equal to 1d6 + the Magic Attribute Bonus of the spell cast.
Hardened Spirit
If a creature has Ward granted by you, they gain a +2 bonus to Arcane, Divine and Occult saving throws.
Inner Clarity
At Level 5, you gain insight into your soul, and discover purifying powers and the ability to channel your essence into raw power. You gain 2 new sorceries, Channeled Purification and Honing, and a new Essence Ability, Dominant Will.
Channeled Purification
When you use an ability or cast a spell that Heals a target or grants Ward, you can spend 3 additional AP to cast the Cleanse spell, with a modified range of 40 feet, without being attuned to it.
Honing
While in Initiative, when you make an attack, the next time you perform that attack, it will have a +1 bonus to accuracy and damage. This ability may stack, and resets when a different attack is performed. When Initiative ends, the bonus is reset. You can have a maximum bonus of +5 from this feature.
Dominant Will
You may spend 1 Essence to add a +3 bonus to any dice roll at will. This includes rolls made for other creatures, as long as they are within 60 feet of you.
Adamant Form
At Level 9, you become like diamond. Your body becomes more capable of withstanding magical effects, and you become heartier.
You gain a +2 bonus to your Constitution attribute.
You gain a +2 bonus to Arcane, Divine and Occult saving throws.
You gain a +1 bonus to your AC.
Additionally, the Diamond Ward sorcery now grants 2d6 + the Magic Attribute Bonus of the spell cast, instead of 1d6.
Myst Refraction
At Level 13, when you succeed a saving throw against a spell, you gain 1 available cast of that spell. You must meet the attunement requirements to cast this spell. Available casts granted by this ability are removed when you take a Rest.
Additionally, the Hardened Spirit sorcery now also grants 1 AC to creatures who have Ward granted by you.
Essence Cleanse
At Level 17, you can expend 1 Essence to cast Greater Cleanse without being attuned and without the Material component.
