Language - Theric

The most common language of Thurn, ever changing and evolving, and absorbing terms and words from other languages.

Since the dawn of the first age, adventurers, travelers and tradesfolk have learned Theric. In ancient times, the Theran Domain spanned the whole of the central world, and encouraged other lands to learn their language with trade, incentives in gold, and military might.

Since then, Theric has grown to every corner of the world, well after the empire has fallen.

Since Theric has evolved over time, many of its words and rules can be traced back to dead languages that are no longer spoken, obscured by time.
