Built by the original merchant enclave that founded Giltport. When the city was taken over by a consortium of pirate captains, Commodore Hall passed into their hands.

Still used by the incumbent ruler of Giltport, chosen democratically by the Council of Captains, the mansion continues to act as a centre of power and politics.

Rumour has it that in the cellars and caves beneath the mansion, the current ruler of Giltport, Captain Fabius Westerly, has a variable army of cutthroats guarding all manner of booty. A tempting prize for any would be thief.
