The head of one of the few ancient Elven houses that managed to retain power after the rise of the Genetsan Republic, Mr. Blayre has grown his wealth by the production of authentic Elven craftsmanship. The Old Elf was elected back onto the council a few years ago after having lost his seat for a cycle.

A handsome Elven gentleman in fine Genetsan clothes. His face is firm and somewhat pointed, his ears go into points. His blonde hair is of medium-short length and is carefully brushed back.
