Manirse

A chief deity of the moon, hope, and magic.

Mythos

Manirse and Sôlus were both lone travellers across the world in its early days, bringing with them the day and the night. As the gods retreated to Celestia, Sôlus took part of his spirit to create the Sun and Manirse the Moon.

Manirse and Sôlus are often seen as a pair, hope and life, moon and sun.

Cosmologically, Manirse is opposed to Bhaal, the Lord of Despair
