Creator of the Orcs and director of their destinies.

During the War of the Gods, Gruumsh is thought to have been a lesser deity. At the start of the war, Gruumsh fought alongside Asmodeus, but after a while he instead became independent and fought both Asmodeus and the high gods. As the War came too a close, Gruumsh was banished to Baator alongside Asmodeus. However, he and his followers fought themselves out to establish their own dominion in Nishrek, a plane of Acheron.
