In the central region of Asdar, lies the land of Kantvar. A unified kingdom in centuries before, Kantvar is now splintered into a multitude of Principalities of different peoples and governments. A multitude of different peoples have made their home in Kantvar.
Kantvar stretches from the Wine Hills of Flourmanie to the Sea of Avelon, nestled between the Branðr's Ridge and Markolak Mountains to the north and the Scorched Highlands and Avelon to the south.
In the last year, Kantvar has become embroiled in a devastating war between the expanding Kingdom of Taverna and the Alliance of the Principalities.
In terms of real-world culture, Kantvar can be seen as a mix of French, German, and Welsh.
