Below the northern mountains lies the picturesque and bountiful farmlands of Weshír. While home to many halflings, the region is ruled by a strict noble lord, causing many of its inhabitants to look with envy to the eastern Kantvari Borough. As if following their gaze, the lord of the region too looks east, though looking to exert his control instead.
