The Eternal Kingdom of Ajuraas
Round the Great Desert of southern Asdart lies the Great and Ancient Kingdom of Ajuraas. Ruled by the near-divine Pharaoh, the Ajuraasi live in a strictly structured and customed society.
Though the common races of humans, elves, dwarves, and halflings exist in Ajuraas, the kingdom is most known for its abundance of what other civilised folk often call "monstrous" races. Common races to be found in Ajuraas are ranged from Tabaxi, Leonin, Aarakocra, Lizardfolk, Draconian, Khenra, Loxodon, and even some Gnolls.
The Ajuraasi society is deeply religious, most strictly following religious doctrines and authorities. The Priesthood of Ajuraas holds almost as much power as the Pharaoh himself. The Pharaoh, on the other hand, is seen by most as a near-divine ruler, and many are counted as Sihr upon their death.
In terms of real-world culture, Ajuraas can be seen as a mix of Egyptian, Greek, and Arabian.
