Irestream is nestled between Alence Woods, an arm of the Markolak Mountains, and hills to its east. The people here live off the land, with farmlands stretching to the south and sheep roaming the nearby hills.

The village has a small inn and tavern in its centre, the Featherfall.

Irestream was home to cult believing it was worshipping an angel of pleasure until two travellers exposed that it was in reality devoted to the Chthon Graz'zt in disguise.
