Devon is a soldier from Collette serving in the army of the Alliance of the Princes. For the Attack on Yrdshire Fort Devon was made a captain of the Free Army under Princess Angela deCollette.

During the battle, Devon aided Angela's escape. After the battle, he has remained close as her sworn knight.
