The Reliquies Arcanum is a department of the Ishvar Academy, a vast archive of ancient magical texts, scrolls, and artefacts. The archives are highly restricted and only high-ranking members of the Reliquies Arcanum are allowed to study its artefacts, fewer still allowed to use them.
