Bullseye Shot
The player, trained in ranged combat arts, can now hit a bullseye shot that deals double damage to the player struck with the ranged weapon.

The player calls out “Bullseye!” at their target, and must strike them with an arrow or other ranged weapon.
Limitations
Can only be used twice per day with +1 added after each Rogue Tier past 6th.
