With the use of Silent Spell the caster is able to cast spells without verbalizing them. Once Silent Spell is cast the Wizard may cast the next spell or series of spells, depending on Wizard Tier, without using the verbal component of the spell. Instead they may silently read the spell, or series of spells in their head and cast them in silence.
