Contract Of Sale For A Lumber Mill Between The White Ravens And The Grove

I. PREAMBLE

This document is Contract of Sale between the White Ravens (“the W. Ravens”) and The Grove (collectively, “the Parties”). In the interest of addressing the crisis level shortage of Wood in Osterra, the parties agree to work together to construct a Lumber Mill.

II. SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The W. Ravens hereby agree to deliver 4 units of Wood and 1 unit of Iron, to The Grove, on October 22, 2022, in exchange for the consideration identified in Section III.

III. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY

In exchange for the consideration identified in Section II, The Grove hereby agrees to deliver 120 Gold on October 22, 2022, and

The Grove hereby further agrees to begin construction of a Lumber Mill at Hex 4219 on October 22, 2022. This Hex is the site of the Village known as Poplar Falls.

IV. BREACH OF CONTRACT

Should either party fail to deliver the materials on the dates identified above, or fail to begin construction of the Lumber Mill on or before November 19, 2022, both Parties hereby agree to return any Wood, Ore, Stone, or Gold delivered to the other Party.
