Within the town, the dwellings of the populace are simple and naturalistic, fastened together from the sparse trees that litter the countryside. The denizens of the Wend include local tribesfolk who observe a druidic lifestyle, as well as some citizens from Crescent’s Edge that wish to pursue the arcane arts. Currently, Qaef@h teaches some fundamental classes to aspiring witches in the village, and one day hopes to expand her small lectures into a grand academy of magic.

Witches' Wend is the location of Keiyfeh Hemlock’s research lab, situated in a quaint house along the edge of the village. This location was strategically chosen so that she could conduct research in peace, away from prying (or disapproving) eyes.
