White Ravens/Wardens Trade Agreement
I. PREAMBLE
This document is Contract of Sale between the White Ravens (“the W. Ravens”) and The Wardens (collectively, “the Parties”), for the trade of Food for Ore.
II. W. RAVENS RESPONSIBILITY
The W. Ravens hereby agree to deliver 10 units of Iron to the Wardens, on February 25, 2023, in exchange for the consideration identified in Section III.
III. WARDENS RESPONSIBILITY
In exchange for the consideration identified in Section II, the Wardens hereby agree to deliver 20 units of Food to the W. Ravens on February 25, 2023.
IV. BREACH OF CONTRACT
Should either party fail to deliver the materials on the dates identified above, both Parties hereby agree to return any Iron or Food delivered to the other Party.
