CONTRACT OF SALE FOR A LUMBER MILL BETWEEN THE WHITE RAVENS AND THE PRISMATIC TROUPE

I. PREAMBLE

This document is Contract of Sale between the White Ravens (“the W. Ravens”) and The Prismatic Troupe (the “Troupe”) (collectively, “the Parties”). In the interest of addressing the crisis level shortage of Wood in Osterra, the parties agree to work together to construct a Lumber Mill.

II. SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The W. Ravens hereby agree to deliver 3 units of Iron to the Troupe, on February 25, 2023, in exchange for the consideration identified in Section III.

The W. Ravens hereby agree to place the 4 units of Food into a Market during the Spring Harvest, converting that Food to 80 Gold. This gold will then be withdrawn from the W. Ravens treasury and used to purchase a Gem. The W. Ravens agree to retain this Gem in their treasury for no less than one year.

III. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY

In exchange for the consideration identified in Section II, the Troupe hereby agrees to deliver 2 units of Wood and 4 units of Food on February 25, 2023, and

The Troupe hereby further agrees to begin construction of one Lumber Mill at Hex 1015, which is adjacent the site of the Village known as The Starlight Bazaar. The Troupe further agrees to build two additional Lumber Mills as soon as proper sites are identified.

IV. BREACH OF CONTRACT

Should either party fail to deliver the materials on the dates identified above, or fail to begin construction of the Lumber Mill at Hex 1015 on or before February 25, 2023, both Parties hereby agree to return any Wood, Iron, or Food delivered to the other Party.
