Border Agreement Between the Cedar Hill Faction and the White Ravens Faction

I. PREAMBLE

This document is a print of the Agreement between the Cedar Hill Faction (“Cedar Hill”) and the White Ravens Faction (“the W. Ravens”). It states that both Cedar Hill and the W. Ravens (“the Parties”) wish to define the borders of their territory in the land of Nova Regnus. The Parties intend to work together to bring peace to Osterra, free its people from the rule of tyranny, and develop its natural resources.

II. CLAIMS OF TERRITORY

The Parties hereby lay claim to specific territories within Nova Regnus. The Parties hereby agree that they will not attempt to attack or take control of a territory controlled or claimed by another Party to this agreement.

The Parties further agree that the Parties intend to share control of Hex 4012. The Parties agree that, at a date to be named in the future, they intend to participate in a joint land action to take control of Hex 4012. Any resources gained from this Hex shall be shared equally between the Parties. The cost of any improvements made to this Hex shall be divided equally between the Parties. The Parties further announce their intention to build a Mage Tower on this Hex.

The Parties further agree that the W. Ravens shall be allowed an Easement to pass through 4111, along the southeastern border between Hexes 4111 and 4211 (the Yule Glade). The Easement shall be a one-mile wide strip of land stretching between Hexes 4112 and 4110, both of which are controlled by the W. Ravens. The Parties shall create a Road along this Easement. The W. Ravens shall pay Cedar Hill five (5) Gold as payment for the Easement at the end of each seasonal harvest.

III. MODIFICATION

Modifications shall be mutually agreed upon by all Parties, and shall take effect at a date to be chosen by all Parties. Changes will be memorialized by the signature of all Parties.
