Vidarian Declaration of War Against the Principality of Nuln
My friends,
The Corsairs of Nuln have become a threat to the settlers in both the lands of Ekh Oron (Vetus Mund) and Nova Regnus. They disrupt trade between our two great continents, stealing and looting innocent ships carrying goods meant for our peoples. Raiding coastal villages and towns, like the scourge they are. Therefore We in the Khanate view them as pirates who take from hard working merchants and traders for their own personal gain and glory.
Our allies, the White Ravens and the Tharrosians, have blockaded their territories. Successfully campaigning against the pirate threat. It is high time that the Khanate kept our promise to our friends. With a unanimous vote in the Khanate’s Kuraltai (Sacred Assembly), the Khan marches with his Ordu (army) of warriors to the Nuln City. No more shall these pirates take from me and mine. No more shall our people fear the seas.
The call has been cried, by the sound of a horn. On horses we ride, the Vidarian hordes.
