Bataar Khan 

Most everyone on Ekh Oron knows of the legend of Bataar Khan, or Heroic leader in nomad tongue. In the great legends of both the Arghan and Merghit, Bataar Khan was a great warrior and leader who united all the nomad tribes and conquered the known world at the time. His empire collapsed just shortly after his passing, when his children started to fight amongst each other in a great war for succession that lasted a hundred years. 

Most that remain of his empire are stories passed down from generation to generation. A few documents remain from the age of Bataar, but much of that history now is lost. His legacy still inspires his descendants to this day.
