Biography

Ratbag, a cunning and vile orc, was once found starving and near death in the wilds of Osterra by the Araatan Anchin. Though disgusted by his nature, the Araatan brought him in chains before Vidar Khan. Vidar, seeing potential in the orc's medical knowledge, spared his life on the condition that Ratbag serve the Khanate by healing its soldiers and aiding in understanding the dark beings that plagued the realm.

For a time, Ratbag fulfilled his duties admirably, concealing his sinister ambitions. In the shadows, he began conducting dark experiments on unwilling subjects, delving into forbidden practices to expand his power. When his heinous crimes were discovered, Vidar Khan ordered his execution. However, Ratbag escaped, fleeing deep into the orc lands.

There, Ratbag unearthed dark artifacts imbued with evil power, granting him forbidden knowledge and abilities. With his newfound strength, he gathered a brutal orc pack, the Cirrukt Haln, and set his sights on unleashing chaos upon the realm. Ratbag's insidious plans now serve his shadowy masters, threatening the fragile balance of Osterra.

Yet, hope remains. The forces of the Grove and the Cast have risen to oppose Ratbag and his Cirrukt Haln. In a fierce battle, the Grove managed to separate him from one of his dark artifacts, providing a crucial lead in the fight to stop him once and for all.

Personality

Ratbag is a twisted, gaunt orc with sickly green skin, scarred and burned from his dark experiments. His eyes burn with a malevolent orange glow, a testament to the corrupted power he wields. His jagged teeth are yellowed and broken, and his wiry frame is draped in tattered robes adorned with bones, fetishes, and fragments of the dark artifacts he discovered. His hands, unnaturally elongated, are stained with the blood of his victims and marked with sinister runes.

Appearance

Ratbag is a master manipulator, cruel and sadistic with a sharp intellect. He revels in the suffering of others and is driven by an insatiable thirst for power. Despite his cowardly tendencies, Ratbag is dangerously cunning, always scheming and willing to betray even his closest allies to further his goals. He is deeply spiteful toward Vidar Khan and the Grove for thwarting him and harbors a relentless desire for vengeance.

Though consumed by darkness, Ratbag’s overconfidence often leads him to underestimate his enemies, a flaw that has allowed his adversaries to gain the upper hand. His sadistic nature and sheer malevolence make him a figure of fear, but also one whose downfall is eagerly sought by all who oppose him.
