Its services vary by event, but it is a centralized place to earn and spend in-game coin. Dragon Hide Armory is often co-located with another Merchant Vendor, O.A.S.I.S Enterprises.

Starting as a young apprentice at O.A.S.I.S Enterprises under the tutelage and guidance of one Baron Quinton Blythe, Prometheus honed his artesian skills and has now ventured out on his own to provided one of a kind and highly sought after goods. As an Artificer, Prometheus has expanded his offerings and as time progresses and his skills sharpen... it's unknown what could be arriving next.
