Arriving here from a barren wasteland where only the rich can survive in their giant walled cities and all of the rest of the people are left to suffer at the hands of a literal "plague" of vampires. These are not like vampires that most of you know, these are blood thirsty enormous beasts that travel on all fours and live in massive hives with a queen to rule them. From the day I was born I was raised to do battle with these creatures and hopefully free my world from this terror, but after many years of battles from the restless wastelands in the north ,to the scorched Barrens in the south we fought. We received orders that the threat was gone. We searched many hives but all were empty, but alas we stumbled upon the corruption from the church from which we took our orders. They had made a deal with the surviving queens to pay tribute to them yearly of the people who could not afford their protection. We rose up against these evil rulers and in the process we were captured. Our punishment was to be thrown into these "portals" which is how I ended up on Osterra. My name is Quinton Blythe and I am Commander of the Dismissed and I vow that every breath I take will be put towards defeating corruption and tyrants that work to subdue this world. This is a paradise in comparison to the world of Noxus I was cast out of. Although recently I've learned the location of the gate that would return me there for I have been reunited with my son and my wife but she had to return to help with the rebellion and raise my youngest 3 sons. So until the time is right I will continue to improve this paradise for all of those who have been dismissed and no longer have a home
