The trade center of The Triad Dragon Emirates of Avanar is ruled over by the brass dragon Tratainauthfelingeir. It is known for its great magic school, The Crimson College and it Grand Bazaars. The city lies on the north-east side of the Domus continent, bordering the sea.
The city is open to anyone willing to share their knowledge, for that is officially the only tax that is directly paid to the government. The rest of the city's income is mainly based on it's trade and it's control over trade routes. With Bu-Birkata being the only available place on the east to dock safely, merchants do not have much choice when they want to deliver goods to Lysmån or The High North.
The city has seen a golden age in recent years with the growing number of wizards and other knowledgeable people flocking to Bu-Birkata.
