Located all over the Triad Dragon Emirates, The Open Hand is a criminal organization fronting as a mercenary, merchant, and security Company. Due to its prominence and willingness to use violence, it has gained a firm hold on the export of high-value magical items. In the criminal underbellies of the cities, this organization almost has a complete monopoly on criminality and violence. Their leader is currently unknown, but is known to hold massive political power behind the scenes, to the point that most of the guards within the cities are on their payroll. The Open Hand uses any channel it can to gain power and control. Whether it's hiring a swath of lawyers, sponsoring petty criminals, or sabotaging their competition, all is fair game to the Open Hand.
