Languna Azul is the capital city of Playa da Fausolia. It is a busy city, with pirate ships coming in and out at all times. Laguna has a huge shipyard to repair the incoming ships if necessary.
A lot of trading goes on around the town between fellow pirates.

It is the location of the government body of Playa da Fausolie, the council chamber of eight. The chamber of eight is located in the middle of the town, on a higher level of the fortress city. The chamber has a table with nine seats, eight of them reserved for the eight pirate lords. The ninth seat is empty, besides it lays the Tricorn of the Sea King Roger D.
