The ancient wall encircling Saltmarsh bears the weight of centuries past but has fallen into disrepair over time. Neglect has taken its toll, leaving parts of the once-sturdy structure in a state of decay, with sections crumbling and showing signs of age. However, despite the overall dilapidation, the main gate manages to retain a semblance of maintenance.

The imposing main gate consists of a large, double set of wooden doors fortified with iron bindings. Flanking the gate, two prominent towers rise, their presence lending a sense of fortitude and vigilance to the entrance.

While the wall itself may bear the marks of time and neglect, the main gate stands as a notable exception, displaying signs of ongoing efforts to maintain its functionality and security.
