Twin banners bearing a golden hammer and anvil hang proudly from the upper towers, fluttering gently in the coastal breeze. A statue of a stern dwarf, carved in full relief above the arched doorway, watches all who approach with unblinking stone eyes.
The warm glow of lanterns spills through the mullioned windows, and beyond the open iron gate stands a wooden sign: “Dwarven Mining Co.” A single guard, clad in the colors of Keoland, stands at the vestibule—silent, but clearly watching.
