SUMMARY

Igsiar is the largest settlement on Alcenia and the only city remaining under the direct rule of a Continental power. Situated in the far north of the island, Igsiar is a sprawling, stone-walled monolith reminiscent of the classical strongholds.

During the Noncontinental War, the city was placed under direct siege via land and sea for two years, but its thick walls were never breached.

The city and the surrounding area marks the terminus of the North Road, with all Ganthene out of the Northplain Crescent flowing into its harbors .

Governmentally, it exists as a colonial state, under the current military governor Salvio Alcade.
