Upon a plateau it sits, foreboding and dead--yet full of semblance of activity. A fog skirts around your ankles, intermittently caressing you with a perhaps too-eager tendril.

Upon the hill, you see buildings in various states of decay and dilapidation. Houses and stores and nothings. In the distance, a large palacial structure with a red roof looks out overhangs a cliff--a large hole in its roof, vines covering its facade.

In the center, you see--still standing a pavilion overlooking dark waters, and around it, houses and cottages.

And everywhere, ghosts. They wander with no aim or with half an aim, glancing confusedly in your direction.

Gardenwall is a ruined town located in the Drutherwood.

The party stumbled upon it while seeking to return Trelyn to her home.

The town is inhabited by many ghostly spirits, as well as the researcher Janissa Abalon.
