The Noncontinental War was a four-year conflict which resulted in the opening of Alcenia to settlement and development under the Alcenian Accord.

Following a decade-plus of Ganthe exclusivity, A Malartos contingency settled a semi-permanent settlement (which would quickly grow into the port of Karuth) as a challenge to Ganthe.

Long and many were the confrontations. When the war was ended in ink, a new form of governance not before seen in the known world was born, and the Consortium rose as the de facto authority on Alcenia.
