Carsienne is the Dealer of Souls, a Portent of Lithas, and a primary antagonistic force toward the party.

The party first encountered her directly in Sweetset, where she intercepted the shipment of goods brought by Janissa Abalon. She nearly slew both Janissa and Coriver, but Ilban was able to rescue the both of them.

The Dealer of Souls' powers seem to be rooted in some breed of necromancy.
