The Blood War of Eirendor was a decade-long conflict fought between rival elven clans and the fey courts over the control of Eiryn Downs, a magically rich and fertile region in the heart of Eirendor. The war began after a series of territorial disputes and mysterious deaths, leading to a fierce struggle marked by magical battles, ambushes, and deadly skirmishes. Both the Seelie and Unseelie Courts of the fey, as well as the powerful Silverleaf and Thornweaver Clans, clashed repeatedly, causing immense loss of life and significant damage to the land. The conflict finally ended in a fragile truce brokered by the Court of Eternal Grace, which established shared custodianship of Eiryn Downs and placed restrictions on the use of destructive magic in the region. Despite the ceasefire, tensions remain high, and the truce is considered unstable, with the possibility of renewed hostilities always looming over the land.
