Description
A sandstone monolith with ancient inscriptions stands solitary in a basin of overwhelming heat. The light reflecting off of its face blinds those who look upon it, carving the glyphs into the retinas of those who live to leave the desert.
Scorched into the sand surrounding Sol's Rock are the corpses of successful pilgrims, with their hands reaching the monolith, and those who failed mere meters away.
