House Byrne of Lustrkeep was the Royal House of Lythran, led by Wilhelm II, King of Lythran. The Byrne banners bear a black goat on a navy field divided wavy per fess wth gold.

The reason for the device on their arms is lost to time, supposedly the design was chosen by a young King Richard, before his coronation.

Spawning the three worst kings to curse the annals of history, House Byrne was created to be a Royal House by the last king of the original Westmerk Line, Laethmar III.

Relationships

Never were the people fond of House Byrne, but Wilhelm II was especially hated, and his reign ended in the Dove Rebellion of 97 AUE.
