Within the mountains, the caves and caverns run deep, too deep for the mortal mind to understand, within that darkness lies the black lands of the Deep Peoples.
Here resides whole cities of Grey Gnome, living in uneasy proximity to the dangers that preside over the bioluminescent tunnels, forgotten Duervin, with skin as dark as coal or foreign civilisations of Pale-skinned and black-eyed Elf.
