The Consilium is an enormous multilevelled maze of internconnected external covered walkways and flat prisms that hold centuries of knowledge in both the humanity of its inhabitants and the tomes that line its walls.
The Elder Council make their home here, in a central octagonal tower that reaches above the rest of The Consilium capped with a great brass dome.
