The Seelie Court is a general term for all those Alkhakh / Fae which still abide by the 'Old Ways', so to speak, and which naturally as a consequence must exist outside of organized society. These Alkhakh / Fae subsist on other Mortals, with little restraint, and are oftentimes hunted down because of it.

The political machinations between different groups and members of the Seelie Court are complex to the point of irrelevance to all non-Alkhakh / Fae observers. And regardless, it would hardly matter: no Seelie, regardless of specific alignment, is worth dealing with.
