Azazthoth, otherwise known as Azur or Azzie, is the very first deity to be formed within the cosmos.
They watched the other deities be born, and witnessed the birth and death of countless universes. However, after sealing away Erix, the cosmic deity of wisdom, the other cosmic deities became scared.
In their fear, they staged a coup and bound Azazthoth with celestial gild, with a total of five bonds. This heavily restricted their power, and no longer gave them the ability to record the fates of immortals (which now left their fates up to the cosmos itself).
Now, Azur drifts between the personal realms of the other deities ("couch surfing") and makes a point to show how carefree they are. The other cosmic deities desperately want to reinstate Azazthoth, as they severely underestimated the role they played in the cosmos, but Azur refuses. Why would they go back to a job where they were overworked?
Current occupation: couch surfing the deity realms and being a nuisance.
Despite being severely limited in terms of power, Azazthoth is still stronger than the other cosmic deities.
One of Azazthoth's duties was to tend to the goc, a garden that recorded the fates of the deities (and other immortals). They were the only one who was able to access it, a realm as ancient as they.
Now that they are bound, they lost their ability to travel/access the Garden of Creation.

Personality:
Light-hearted and a bit of a prankster, Azur finds themself preoccupied with being a nuisance to the other deities.
Very intelligent, and can be incredibly cold when needed.
One of the more empathetic immortals.

Azazthoth's name is a reference to the cosmic horror "Azathoth" (HP lovecraft), who is the ultimate god of the cosmos
Azazthoth, like other deities, can change their height at will. However, they generally present around a height of 5'6.
Azur is the formal-casual nickname they use. They try and insist on others calling them Azzie, but not a single person does.
They only use the name "Azazthoth" when directly talking about their time before being bound.
Azazthoth was always fond of Erix. Before Erix was created, Azazthoth received a vision in the Garden of Creation about Erix's eventual betrayal that would lead to their death.
Despite this, Azazthoth still cherished the innocent soul - and it was with sadness that they bound and banished Erix.
