More simply known as Dragon's Fang or Dragonfang plate.

Armour conceptualized in the Dark Days by the elves of the western continent (later to be known as Dark Elves). Inspired by segmented dragonhide, the interior is also painful to the wearer and lined with hooks. This serves a multi-purpose of forging a psychological connection with one's armour as well as making it harder to remove or be dislodged. While most importantly, it overwhelmed the senses and encouraged an adrenaline-like effect in the wearer.

This effect, paired with tying the hair up into the well-known unicorn-tail, resulted in dreadful, tireless warriors that lacked all fear.

Forged during a time where elves, terrified and daunted by the chaos and cruelty of infernal forces, were inspired to make themselves more terrifying and dreadful in answer. It eased their hearts and lifted them into acts of increasingly necessary violence upon a foe lacking any restraint of its own.
