The foremost Divine of the Drâihari. While he does not lead only one single Cadre himself, he maintains a close relationship with his Black Princes who oversee and assist in his influence over his favoured kabals.

His personal cadre is usually kept intentionally small and is made up of skilled warriors, usually warbreeds from the Dark Days.

Even without a large cadre, his influence is so great that many others could be said to be at his direct beck and call. Indeed, he utilizes many kabals to enact his will throughout Niskerra and beyond.
