Rulers:
The Blue Sun is ruled over by Ember, a member of the Elemental Pantheon, lauded as God of the Sun by those on En.
Origin
The Blue Sun was gifted to/stolen for The Emptiness long ago, composed as such vibrant elemental fire that it would, supposedly, never burn out. Ember was assigned to oversee/banished to the sun.
