Description

The Star Clouds are an astronomical phenomenon composed of mingling elementals. Visible in the night sky, the elemental spirits compose a mass that can be seen swirling through the cosmos.

The Star Clouds swirl through the space around En within The Material Plane.

Neighbors:

The border between The Elemental Planes and The Material Plane is weak in the emptiness.

Inhabitants:

Elementals of all types and powers mingle here, coming to play mindlessly or discuss serious planar matters. Few pay much mind to the distant En.

Rulers:

This neutral ground has no ruler, although many look to Ember, The Sun God, to uphold law and order when the need arises.

Origin

After The Blue Sun was gifted to The Material Plane, elementals from all planes began to explore the material. Those who visit offer up small pieces of themselves as tribute to the plane, in thanks for the fun and freedom.
