Overview
Profile
Grayze is the god who finds pleasure in all things. Seeking to escape Id's oppressive rule, he spends little time in Soular, returning only to replenish her divine strength. They spend much of their time in The Feywild, sleeping, feasting, dining, courting, and participating in other activities which bring them pleasure.
They differ from Dionysus in their philosophy if not in their actions. Dionysus encapsulates the desire for a group to find pleasure together, with massive feasts and parties shared by all, but Grayze is meant to be entirely self-serving. However, some suspect Grayze has been tainted by their time spent in The Inner Planes, warping her nature into something less than pure ruthlessness.
Depictions
Appearance
Grayze is often pictured lounging on a couch, feasting while attended to.
Holy Symbol
Grayze is symbolized by a bitten apple, juice dripping out of it. Many of their followers adorn themselves in luxurious, brilliant reds.
Influences
Goals
Grayze cares only for themselves, and maximizing her own pleasure. They will interfere in matters only so far as there is an immediate benefit to himself.
Divine Relationships
A thorn in Id's side, Grayze maintains her freedom primarily because their existence does not directly impact Id. Yet his freedom from Id's tyranny is never assured.
The Olympic Pantheon seem to tolerate their presence, at least so long as Grayze does not threaten their fey. According to the fey gossip channels, Grayze and Dionysus are more than friends.
