Dragavar is the goddess of dragons and spellcasting. It is said that she was born when the first spell was cast, near the beginning of the universe's creation. As more and more spells were cast, she grew greater and greater, until she was made of more than she could contain. She burst apart, splintering into pieces that would become the dragons.

Appearance

Dragavar takes the form of a mighty dragon, typically an ethereal one made of stars. She is as much a dragon as she is an extension of The Arcane Plane.

Holy Symbol

Devout followers of The Magician tattoo dragon wings on their backs. They might use a dragon's scale as a spellcasting focus, believing a freely given dragon scale to empower spellcasting.

Dragavar wants to nurture spellcasters, and they often serve as patron to the magically inclined, delighting in watching their spellcasting powers grow.

Dragavar is on good terms with Aracne, Giganta, and Dovu. Since his disappearance, Dragavar has searched for Dovu but found no sign of him. She has asked her dragon children to keep an eye out for The Missing God.
