Dionysus, God of Revelry, spends his days cavorting about The Feywild, feasting with his friends and followers, dancing with his lovers, and otherwise living a carefree and exuberant life. She differs from Grayze in her desire to share their revels with others, finding companionship a necessary aspect of revelry.

Dionysus is infamous for absorbing the original God of Imbibing, Methe, claiming their domain as her own. Some say he accomplished this by killing and consuming the deity, like a demonic Barghest. Others say that the two joined together in the ultimate partnership, becoming one being. Others say that Methe was mortally wounded, and Dionysus absorbed the god into theirself to preserve them.

Appearance

Dionysus is most often depicted dancing with other fey. She takes on various fey forms in her depictions.

Holy Symbol

Followers of Dionysus might dress in purples, or bear the symbol of the wine glass, typically as a tattoo or forged of metal into a charm.

Dionysus wishes only to spend their days in revelry. They aren't one to take interest in matters beyond that.

Dionysus is close with Grayze, the two almost always found together within the Feywild. Some say Dionysus has been taken in by the fiend, and someday when her back is turned, Grayze will strike.

Worshippers of Dionysus are happy and carefree, letting go of worries and responsibilities to enjoy the delights of life. A group of college students throwing a rager might pay tribute to Dionysus, or a devout group might dedicate themselves to him, abandoning societal duties to spend their days drinking and dancing.
