Volt is known as the most immature deity of the Elemental Pantheon, but also perhaps the most levelheaded. She has no interest in getting involved in the conflicts that wrack the planes, but neither does he play neutral nor bury his head in the sand. Volt will absolutely tell his "siblings" and "cousins" when they are being idiots and fortunately for her they come off as naive and endearing when they do. They treat everyone in the pantheon like one big dysfunctional family and that attitude alone has probably prevented more fights than one could begin to guess at.
